We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. Please note only candidates with previous experience working with Recruitment Agencies will be considered for this role. The role is target based and the candidate must have a proven track record.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
